YEA BUDDY THIS IS TODAY SEE YA THERE !!!
Today was an exciting one here at our office as it saw the unveiling of two very special, near and dear records and our first foray into putting out a book (even if it has 200 pages and probably less than 200 words, haha). The humbling feeling of validation when you see…

YO MY BAND IS FINNA PLAY IN RHODE ISLAND OR EAST CT THE LAST WEEK OF JUNE. I KINDA KNOW THE AREA BUT CAN SOMEONE HELP US OUT?
We’re happy to report that our first recording session went swimmingly! All the drums on the record are done, with guitar/bass/vocals next on the list. We’re hoping to play a bunch in june and august since Caleb is going to Ecuador in july. We’ll probably be announcing a show soon as well as more plans with cool folks. that’s all for now.
next weekend we’ll be in the studio so get ready for a bunch of annoying instagram pictures and jokes about chris teti’s beard

Here it is! the demo for a track called Yacht Club Party. emo/shreddin’ track ft. shitty garageband drumming. we promise Caleb will sound better irl.
Chris Cappello [full band] - “No Exception” (Featuring Kayla Bastos) (Live at Bare Bones. Bristol CT. 3/9/13)
Here’s a video of me singing along with Chris Cappello for one of his songs “No Exception” <3____<3
This was definitely my favorite moment of the show. Kayla came on ‘stage’ to sang “No Exception” with us and it was really, really pretty and it brought a little tear to my eye by the end of it because I thought about where this song came from and how for me it really represents coming to terms with grief and loss and facing up to the reality of who you are, I think…. It was just really wonderful to be able to share this moment of self-validation with three really talented performers and a crowd of great friends.
I’m already nostalgic thinking about this night.
this is a good song
